From the very beginning of the project, it was clear that the market was broad, highly competitive, and full of diverse needs. The primary objective was to identify a clear focus and growth potential. At the outset of the project, Köögimööbel24 was at a critical juncture — the preceding months had been lean in terms of enquiries, and standing out in the competitive landscape appeared increasingly challenging.
The goals set were growth in web traffic and enquiries. In the case of the latter, the target was 70%. Alongside enquiries, close attention was also paid to the percentage of quotes being put into production, which it was hoped could be increased by 10% through higher-quality leads.
The most significant outcome can be summarised in a single sentence: Köögimööbel24's custom orders developed a waiting list, several months' worth of work was sold out in short order, and this made it possible to expand the team.
The number of enquiries grew by 141% over six months, while website traffic increased by 33%. The difference between these figures illustrates well how Google Ads succeeded in driving high-quality traffic to the website.
The average cost per enquiry generated through Google Ads came to 86 euros, resulting in a first-half-year ROI of 1,915% from the campaigns. Whereas the previous enquiry submission conversion rate had stood at 0.87%, after six months this figure had risen to 1.25%. To improve the conversion rate, RLSA capabilities were utilised, and Meta retargeting advertisements were also introduced for users who had arrived at the website via Google.
